Overview... We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales, manage channel partners, and expand market presence in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in FMCG or Edible Oil sector , with strong skills in distribution management, team handling, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Manage and expand distribution network in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and brand promotion activities. Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights for strategic planning. Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives to drive business growth. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline with channel partners. Conduct regular market visits to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Prepare sales reports and share actionable insights with management. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred. Experience in FMCG / Edible Oil industry is mandatory. Strong understanding of distribution channels and trade marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
