Raw Materials Procurement for Dust and Fume Extraction System: Source raw materials such as sheets, pipe, square tube, L angle, Non - Metallic items are required for dust and fume extraction systems. Analyze market trends to optimize procurement costs without compromising quality. Develop relationships with raw material suppliers to secure favorable terms. Maintain inventory levels to support production requirements. Transport Planning and Material Planning: Coordinate transportation logistics using vehicles like Eicher and Dost for efficient material movement. Plan material requirements based on production schedules and demand forecasts. Optimize transport routes to minimize costs and delivery times. Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production deadlines. Other Support: Manage procurement activities related to NPD projects, Tool & die. Procure electrical components required for various systems within the organization. Identify vendors specializing in laser cutting, bending, rolling, and machine shop services Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of air pollution control equipment, dust and fume extraction systems, and associated technologies. Proficiency in AUTOCAD or similar design software. ERP knowledge added an advantage Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Willingness to travel to vendor location as needed.
