Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Procurement & Logistics Incharge Procurement Management Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency. Identify and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery. Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance based on cost, quality, and reliability. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination Oversee inventory management , ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment. Coordinate transportation and distribution to ensure smooth delivery operations. Implement logistics best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to procurement policies, industry regulations, and safety standards . Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and supplier agreements . Oversee import/export documentation and compliance with customs regulations. Cost Optimization & Risk Management Identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement and logistics operations. Conduct risk assessments to mitigate supply chain disruptions. Implement contingency plans for unforeseen logistical challenges. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead and train the procurement and logistics team to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement and logistics with business goals. Monitor KPIs and generate reports for senior management on procurement and logistics performance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: total work: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
