Role Objective: To ensure the quality and safety of milk at the BMC level by conducting quality checks, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Milk Quality Testing: o Perform daily tests, including Fat, SNF, MBRT, adulteration, preservatives and antibiotic checks. o Maintain accuracy and consistency in quality assessments. 2. Data Management: o Record milk quality parameters and testing results systematically. o Prepare and submit reports to the BMC In charge as per requirements. 3. Equipment Operation and Maintenance: o Operate and maintain testing equipment like lactometers, Ekomilk analyzers, etc. o Regularly calibrate tools to ensure accurate results. 4.
