Collaborate with other CDPs and kitchen teams to ensure smooth workflow and order readiness. Assist the Head Chef in new menu development or dish testing as required. Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen; experience in cloud kitchens or QSR is a plus. Deep understanding of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food hygiene standards. Ability to manage a station independently and lead a small team. Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Flexible and able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
