Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Podar Education Network, located in Howrah. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our mission of delivering quality education. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in recruitment with a minimum of 4 years in talent acquisition. Must have an understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and build strong, trusting relationships across the organization. (Mandatory skill) Strong educational background with an MBA degree is essential to align with the strategic objectives of the organization. (Mandatory skill) Expertise in candidate sourcing using various platforms and tools to build a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future staffing needs. Proficient in offer negotiation, ensuring alignment between the candidate's expectations and company standards while maintaining fairness. Excellent interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidates accurately and recommend top talent that complements our team. Experience in drafting and posting job advertisements that attract suitable candidates, showcasing the opportunities and benefits offered. Roles and Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the HR team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. Maintain a diverse pool of candidates for future vacancies, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment to reduce vacancy periods. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process. Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide insights for continual process improvements. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential candidates. Stay updated on trends in recruitment and the educational sector, applying innovative approaches to attract top talent.
