Key Responsibilities: Supervise fabrication, assembly, and production activities on the shop floor. Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution of work. Maintain quality and safety standards in the manufacturing process. Monitor machine operations and resolve technical issues promptly. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain progress reports. Liaise with the N.S. Road office for planning, scheduling, and material management. Prepare daily/weekly reports on project status and manpower utilization. Required Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fabrication work, production supervision, or factory management. Hands-on knowledge of mechanical drawings, tools, materials, and shop-floor equipment. Experience in handling contractual projects or working with fabrication vendors is a plus.
