As we expand our hospitality division, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily on-site construction and operational activities at The Ananda Resort. Role Overview We are hiring a Site Supervisor to manage daily construction work at the Ananda Resort. You will be responsible for handling workers, coordinating tasks, following safety rules, and making sure the work is completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Help carry out the project work as planned by the company. Make sure the daily site work matches the overall project timeline. Share ideas to make the work faster and better.. Operational Management: Look after the daily work happening at the site. Manage workers, materials, and tools to avoid any delays. Check how the work is going and share updates with senior staff. Team Leadership and Development: Guide and supervise workers and outside contractors. Give work based on each person ‘skills. Build teamwork and maintain discipline at the site. Teach new workers about safety and how things are done on site. Client Relationship Management: Support project managers when clients visit the site. Talk to clients in a polite and professional way. Make sure client needs are met, especially in quality and timelines. Compliance and Risk Management: Follow all safety and building rules at the site. Do safety checks and take action to prevent accidents. Quickly report any risks or unsafe conditions. Financial Oversight: keep track of how much material and labour is used. Drive cost-efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. Avoid wastage and use resources wisely. Maintain simple records of daily spending or site-related costs. Qualifications and Eligibility Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as a site supervisor in construction (residential, commercial, or hospitality) Skills and Competencies: Good knowledge of construction work and safety rules. Able to read construction plans and drawings. Leadership and team-handling skills. Good communication and coordination. Organized and good at solving problems. Basic knowledge of MS Office and simple project tools. Preferred Qualities: Seeking a site supervisor with an Army/Forces background. Active and result driven. Flexible to work in different site situations. Detail-oriented. Can work independently and under pressure. Knows local construction rules and practices. This role involves spearheading hospitality projects for resort clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, profitability, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the vision, mission, and overall strategy for the Hospitality Division. Drive innovation and operational excellence to maintain a competitive edge. Build partnerships with government bodies, leveraging Arteva Group’s expertise in hospitality management. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client expectations. Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and operational goals to ensure division profitability. Lead the development and execution of large-scale government hospitality projects. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with resort clients and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for client negotiations, ensuring project alignment with contractual obligations. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all hospitality operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. Mitigate risks through proactive planning and compliance monitoring. Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage the division’s financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Drive cost-efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. Qualifications and Eligibility Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required). Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, resort projects, or a related field. Proven track record in managing large-scale hospitality operations, preferably with resort clients. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. Sound knowledge of compliance standards and operational protocols in the hospitality sector. Financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
