Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production downtime. Implement and monitor procurement budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. Ensure all procurement activities comply with regulatory requirements, safety, and environmental norms. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data. Collaborate with Accounts, Stores, and Production departments for smooth operational flow. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Commerce or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in industrial procurement, preferably in recycling, metal, or chemical plants. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, liaising). Work Environment: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our factory in Haldia. Requires regular interaction with factory staff, suppliers, and transport/logistics partners.
