Job Summary The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing business as well as project opportunities within Maharashtra. Required Qualifications and Skills ● Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. ● Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales. ● Strong understanding of business principles and practices. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Proficiency in local languages (Marathi and Hindi). ● Strong organizational and time management skills. ● A passion for economic development and entrepreneurship.
