Job Title: Telecaller (Presales) – Assemble Modular Company(Interior Designing Company) Job Summary: We are looking for a persuasive Telecaller to join our interior designing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and generating leads for our sales and design teams. You should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle queries professionally. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company's interior design services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our design solutions. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for consultations. Maintain and update the client database with accurate information. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Work closely with the sales and design teams to convert leads into clients. Handle client objections and provide appropriate responses. Maintain call logs and prepare reports on daily calls and lead status. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively. Basic knowledge of interior designing services is a plus.
