Dear Candidates, Greetings from Shaadi.com..!! Hiring for Both Tele sales Roles and Responsibilities Call existing customers to make sales pitches for paid memberships. Handle inbound calls from prospective customers to generate leads for Shaadi.com's premium services. Convert leads into paying customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly. Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team, ensuring consistent performance improvement over time. Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handle customers in a timely and professional manner. Ensure seamless communication between customers, team members Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 6 months of relevant experience Sales or Tele sales. Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills. Effective communication skills verbal. Clear diction and clarity in speech. Minimum Qualification HSC Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
