Job Description Driving and handling end-to-end E-commerce. Create, manage and optimize product listing on marketplaces. Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, and promotional strategies across marketplaces. Own P and L responsibility to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc. ) on marketplaces. Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs at all marketplaces. Conducting market research for onboarding on e-com marketplaces. Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly. Oversee customer retention, reactivation, and analyze new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships. Collaborate with marketing agencies and stakeholders for designing marketing campaigns and executing strategies. Work with the management team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to drive customer experience loyalty. Conduct competitors and gap analysis across marketplaces.
