SKAR Transportation Private Limited is seeking a skilled and dynamic tele-caller with excellent communication abilities in Telugu, Hindi, and English. As a tele-caller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, effectively conveying information to customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals with experience in tele-calling and strong business development skills to drive growth and build relationships with new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers through telephonic communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English to generate leads and sales. Deliver clear, concise, and persuasive messages to clients to promote services or products offered by SKAR Transportation. Identify new business opportunities and clients by cold calling and following up with leads. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up. Track and report on daily activities, performance, and sales progress. Key Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service, ideally in the transportation or logistics industry. Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, with a focus on business development and growth. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into business opportunities. Ability to handle calls with a positive, friendly attitude and professionalism. Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs. Basic knowledge of computer systems for data entry, CRM software, and record-keeping. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving business development goals.
