Job Summary: The Telecaller Cum Computer Operator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer records, and performing basic data entry and computer operations. This role requires effective communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling Duties: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries or issues. Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into customers. Explain services clearly and persuasively to clients. Update call records and feedback in the system. Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls. Computer Operator Duties: Perform data entry tasks such as updating customer details, invoices, or sales records. Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, documents, and reports. Send emails, quotations, or documents as required. Manage digital records and perform regular backups. Operate MS Office tools and basic office software. Coordinate with the sales or admin teams for task updates. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred. 0.6 month of experience in telecalling cum computer operations (freshers can also apply). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Good typing speed and data accuracy. Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Basic knowledge of internet and CRM tools is a plus. Courteous, confident, and persuasive on calls. Working Conditions: Full-time office-based role.
