Job Summary: Brikoven Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Inventory Executive to manage the movement and tracking of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods within the production unit. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely availability of inventory, accurate stock management, and coordination with vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily inward and outward movement of raw materials, packaging items, and finished products. Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and conduct regular stock reconciliations. Coordinate with the procurement, production, and dispatch teams to ensure material availability and timely dispatches. Manage documentation related to goods receipt, issue slips, GRNs, and stock transfers. Track logistics operations including vehicle scheduling, loading/unloading, and delivery confirmations. Follow FIFO, FEFO, and other inventory control standards. Support physical inventory audits and cycle counting processes. Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or excess stock to the management. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and FSSAI-related storage norms. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in inventory and logistics roles, preferably in a food manufacturing setup. Good working knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel; ERP experience is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills. Familiarity with warehousing practices, dispatch processes, and material tracking. Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
