The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, possess excellent communication skills, and create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum to foster the intellectual and social development of pre-primary students. Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes a love for learning. Use various teaching methods and materials to engage students and make learning enjoyable. Monitor and assess individual student progress, providing feedback to parents and administrators as needed. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students. Implement and maintain classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Adhere to school policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Relevant teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting. Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school administrators. Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology in the classroom is a plus.
