Job Description:

Akshara Public School Doddabelvangala is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, possess excellent communication skills, and create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum to foster the intellectual and social development of pre-primary students.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes a love for learning.
• Use various teaching methods and materials to engage students and make learning enjoyable.
• Monitor and assess individual student progress, providing feedback to parents and administrators as needed.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
• Implement and maintain classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Relevant teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school administrators.
• Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology in the classroom is a plus.
