You will play a crucial role in onboarding new customers and merchants, providing exceptional support, and achieving ambitious growth targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Onboard new customers and merchants onto the Biswakh Connect platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. * Educate customers and merchants on the platform's features and benefits, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance. * Achieve and exceed pre-defined sales and customer acquisition targets on a consistent basis. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Identify and address customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively. * Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. * Regularly update and report on progress to the Team Leader. * Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. * Travel extensively within assigned territory. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (advantageous). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Assamese and English. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory. * Local resident of Assam preferred. * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. * Proficient in using smartphones and basic computer applications. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and attractive incentive structure based on performance. * Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities. * A chance to make a significant positive impact on the lives of people in Northeast India. * A dynamic and supportive work environment within a rapidly growing fintech company.
