पद का सारांश: वार्डन हॉस्टल/आवासीय परिसर के दैनिक संचालन को संभालने के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा/होगी। सभी निवासियों की सुरक्षा, अनुशासन और भलाई सुनिश्चित करना प्रमुख कर्तव्य रहेगा। हॉस्टल के नियमों का पालन कराना, शिकायतों का समाधान करना और स्वच्छता बनाए रखना इस पद का मुख्य उद्देश्य है। मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ: हॉस्टल/आवासीय परिसर का दैनिक प्रबंधन और अनुशासन बनाए रखना। निवासियों का रिकॉर्ड, उपस्थिति और अवकाश आवेदन सही तरीके से रखना। निवासियों की समस्याओं को सुनना और उनका समय पर समाधान करना। हाउसकीपिंग, सुरक्षा और रखरखाव कर्मचारियों के साथ समन्वय करना। हॉस्टल नियमों को लागू करना और आवश्यकतानुसार अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई करना। आपातकालीन स्थिति में अभिभावकों/गार्जियन्स से संपर्क करना। किसी भी रखरखाव या सुरक्षा समस्या की सूचना समय पर देना। हॉस्टल के कमरों, परिसरों की नियमित जांच करना। निवासियों को अनुशासन और सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक करने के लिए बैठकें आयोजित करना। हॉस्टल की आवासीय स्थिति और शिकायतों पर प्रबंधन को नियमित रिपोर्ट देना। आवश्यक योग्यताएँ: किसी भी विषय में स्नातक (हॉस्टल प्रबंधन में अनुभव रखने वालों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)। हॉस्टल/पीजी/बोर्डिंग स्कूल में वार्डन या पर्यवेक्षी पद पर पूर्व अनुभव वांछनीय। प्रभावी संवाद और लोगों से मेल-जोल की क्षमता। आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों को शांतिपूर्वक संभालने की योग्यता। जिम्मेदारी, अनुशासन और ईमानदारी का भाव।
