Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Customer Outreach & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on strategies. Share customer feedback to help improve products and services. Ensure smooth handover of leads to the field sales team when needed. 7. Continuous Learning & Skill Development Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements. Participate in sales training sessions and skill improvement workshops. Adapt to new sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
