Assist in monthly salary calculation, attendance tracking, and leave management. Support HR compliance activities and maintain personnel records. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Monitor 5S activities on the shop floor and in office areas, ensuring housekeeping standards are met and sustained. Key Skills Required: Basic knowledge of in-process inspection & measuring instruments Understanding of QMS documentation (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 preferred) Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Word Basic knowledge of HR documentation & training management. Effective communication and coordination skills. Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in a Quality / HR Executive role in a manufacturing or industrial company Familiarity with quality tools and HR processes is highly desirable. Education : B.TECH in Mech. Engg.
