Have a thorough knowledge of equipment and its uses. Operated, serviced, inspected, and tested all Slot Machines to check performance. Act as host and answer the guest concerns questions and investigate and resolve guest complaints. Troubleshoot slot machines and operating accounting systems, such as TRM's. Perform RAM clears and option slot machines, while working with the Illinois gamming board to ensure the integrity of machines. Install, remove, convert, upgrade and swap slot machines when needed. Rebuilds parts/equipment during downtimes, and maintains the parts inventory as assigned.
