The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, a strong understanding of financial principles, and a keen eye for detail. This role will support the senior finance team in various financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, contributing to the overall financial health and strategic decision-making of the company. Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Conduct variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast, identifying key drivers and providing insights. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions (e.g., profitability analysis, scenario planning, investment appraisals). Support long-term strategic financial planning initiatives. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including management reports, board reports, and investor presentations. Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS). Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation. Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Cash Flow Management: Assist in daily cash flow management and forecasting. Monitor bank balances and optimize working capital. Support treasury operations, including liaising with banks and managing banking relationships. Cost Management & Optimization: Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial performance. Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support their operational decisions. Present financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders. Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting roles. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP/Ind AS/IFRS) and corporate finance concepts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the finance department's overall operations. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally ERP 9 or the latest Tally version. Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable . Prepare and post journal entries , ensuring proper classification and supporting documentation. Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations. Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes . Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Assist with TDS calculations and e-filing.
