We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team, taking on the full responsibilities of a class teacher. Job Description: As an English Teacher and Class Teacher at Joy International School, you will be responsible for the holistic development of your assigned class. You will serve as both subject expert and pastoral guide, fostering a positive, inclusive, and academically stimulating classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that meet curriculum objectives and cater to diverse learning styles. Act as the main class teacher, responsible for the academic progress and well-being of students in your assigned class. Maintain effective classroom management and discipline to support a productive learning environment. Monitor, assess, and report on student progress regularly. Communicate with parents regarding academic, behavioral, and social progress. Organize class events, field trips, and other enrichment activities. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school-wide meetings and initiatives. Foster moral values, discipline, and a love for learning among students. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Teaching certification or license (as required by local regulations) Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in an international or English-medium school Strong classroom management and organizational skills Passionate about education and child development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
