We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor (Civil) to oversee the on-ground execution of an infrastructure project at Chanpatia, West Champaran. This role is critical in ensuring quality construction, timely delivery, and compliance with all technical and safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong site execution skills, technical knowledge in civil engineering, and prior experience handling institutional or government-funded construction projects. Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision - Supervise day-to-day civil works including structural, RCC, masonry, and finishing activities across all project blocks (hostel, academic, staff housing, etc.) - Monitor progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules, specifications, and drawings. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, architects, and project consultants on all site-related matters. - Ensure all works are carried out as per approved BOQ, standards, and government norms. Quality Control & Compliance - Enforce quality assurance protocols for materials and workmanship. - Conduct site inspections and verify measurements, levels, alignments, and structural integrity. - Ensure full compliance with relevant IS codes, building by-laws, and environmental and safety guidelines. Project Coordination & Documentation - Maintain daily site reports, DPRs, material consumption logs, and labor attendance records. - Raise indent requests for material and ensure timely availability to avoid work delays. - Liaise with local authorities, PMC consultants, and government representatives for site inspections and approvals. Risk Management & Issue Resolution - Identify potential project delays or technical issues and recommend corrective actions. - Report critical deviations to senior management with suitable recommendations.
