Les principales missions qui vous seront confiées (liste non exhaustive et évolutive dans le temps) seront : Accueil Gérer l'ensemble des appels téléphoniques (standard) Accueillir, orienter et informer les visiteurs (souvent anglophones) Contribuer à L'assistanat Du Site Traiter le courrier interne et externe (affranchissement, réception, tri & distribution) Préparer les visites et les réunions sur site Organiser les déplacements des salariés en France et à l'étranger (déplacements : moyen de transport et réservation ; hébergement : hôtel , restauration et réservations) Planifier les événements internes à l’entreprise (célébrations, animations...) Vous avez un gout prononcé pour les relations interpersonnelles et le sens du service client développé. Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique, et vous êtes rigoureux/rigoureuse & organisé(e). Vous savez par ailleurs vous adapter à différents interlocuteurs, avec diplomatie et constance.
