Team Leadership & Management: Leading and motivating a team of melting operators, providing guidance on technical aspects, ensuring they follow safety and operational procedures, and fostering a positive work environment. Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of molten metal, ensuring it meets specified temperature, composition, and quality standards, and coordinating with quality control for testing and analysis. Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety policies and procedures, ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe working environment.
