Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell cement concrete products (Precast Compound Walls, Paver Blocks, Tiles, etc.). Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition. Maintain proper records of sales, leads, and follow-ups. Provide feedback to the management team for product improvement and market growth.
