Objective: This role focuses on optimizing the Purchase to Pay Process, negotiating supplier contracts, reducing costs and ensuring quality and delivery standards are met. The Strategic Sourcing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies that support the company’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing Strategy Development: Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company’s goals for cost savings, supplier diversity and supply chain efficiency. Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers, emerging trends and new opportunities. 2. Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Drive initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) through innovative sourcing and procurement processes. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, engineering, production, finance and other departments to understand their needs and support sourcing efforts. Data and Performance Analysis: Analyze spend data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on sourcing activities and results. 8. Process Improvement: Continuously improve sourcing processes and tools to enhance efficiency, transparency and decision-making. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Preferred), Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment. Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of supply chain risk management and sustainability practices. Role & responsibilities Manage all EXIM operations within a 100% EOU setup, ensuring full statutory and procedural compliance . Handle documentation, shipping bills, bills of entry, and coordination with Shipping Lines, CHAs, and relevant government bodies like cistoms. Coordinate with production and planning teams to align delivery schedules with export/import requirements. Monitor and track all shipments, ensuring no delays or additional charges (detention, demurrage, fines, etc.). Book export shipments directly with shipping lines or agents . Prepare export documents from ERP systems (preferably SAP) including invoices, packing lists, and SI submissions. Liaise with CHAs for shipping bill generation and ensure timely customs clearance . Track containers in transit and escalate delays or issues promptly to concerned teams. Follow up on import documentation for timely clearance and update planning accordingly. Verify and control invoices from Logistics Service Providers . Manage documentation and compliance for export incentives and benefits. Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations, HS codes, tariffs, and compliance . Support other supply chain functions as required. Preferred candidate profile A minimum of a Diploma or Graduation is required. Preference will be given to women candidates with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in EXIM operations. A PG Diploma in EXIM Management or any similar specialization will have an added advantage. Knowledge of customs rules, and export-import documentation is highly desirable. Experience in 100% EOU or SEZ units and working in a SAP/ERP environment will be an added advantage. Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and comfortable handling export-related data and reports. Role & responsibilities Yarn Dyeing Technician Key Technical Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for arranging various tasks such as immersion into tank, dyeing and operation setting according to the production plan requirements. 2. Input dyeing formulas into the system and adjust parameters based on yarn type and required shade. 3. Prepare and mix dyes, auxiliaries, and materials as per formula specifications. 4. Conduct lab dips and prepare small sample batches to meet customer color standards. 5. Supervise machine operators to ensure correct operation and adherence to dyeing protocols. 6. Check raw material quality and ensure semi-finished and finished yarns meet required specifications. 7. Monitor production in real time to prevent defects such as shade variation, grain differences, or pilling. 8. Adjust dye formulas and process settings for color matching and issue resolution. 9. Maintain machine cleanliness and work area hygiene as per standard procedures.
