Role & responsibilities Undergo structured training across multiple departments (Production, HR, QC, Logistics, etc.) Learn daily operations, SOPs, and reporting systems Assist departmental heads in routine tasks and projects Attend internal training sessions and performance reviews Support audit and compliance activities as assigned Preferred candidate profile Strong learning ability and adaptability Bachelor's degree in any discipline Willing to work in factory environment Good communication and teamwork skills Fluent English required (spoken and written) Committed to long-term development with the company
