Job Details Position : Sr. Executive - HR Job Location : Roha About The Company One of the leading company in Manufacturing of Flavours & Fragrances Business Job Requirement Master degree in HR/IR field Qualified professional with 6+ years of experience Assist in the administration and execution of HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and applicable labor laws. Promote and maintain a harmonious industrial relations climate at the site by proactively addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution in a fair and equitable manner. Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, thereby safeguarding the organizations interests. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify HR needs and provide support in achieving departmental and organizational objectives. Work closely with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with business goals and ensure effective communication of HR policies and practices. Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the HR Manager to inform strategic decision-making. Support the HR Manager in delivering the transactional HR support to the sites in India.
