About the Role: Repyar is hiring a Field Coordinator (Supervisor) with a strong background in automotive service operations and parts procurement. The ideal candidate will manage a team of field technicians, schedule jobs, handle parts and vendor management, ensure smooth field operations, and act as the link between the field and operations team. Responsibilities: Team & Job ManagementSupervise and manage daily field operations for vehicle servicing and repairs. Assign jobs and monitor technician performance. Create daily/weekly work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Procurement & Vendor HandlingIdentify, manage, and negotiate with auto parts vendors (OEM/Aftermarket). Track inventory, place part orders, and ensure timely delivery of components. Maintain quality and cost control for all spare part purchases. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare and submit job sheets and service reports. Handle client communication and internal coordination via email or calls. Update management (COO/Operations Head) on job progress, issues, and team performance. Training & Problem-SolvingTrain new field mechanics on standard procedures and safety practices. Troubleshoot on-ground issues and support technicians as needed. Requirements:Education: Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 2-5 years in field service coordination or automotive workshop/service center. Skills: Automotive parts knowledge (2W/4W preferred) Field team handling & customer service Vendor sourcing & procurement MS Excel, WhatsApp coordination, and email basics Strong communication and problem-solving skills License: Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred) Why Join Repyar? Job Summary As a Car Mechanic at REPYAR, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnosing problems, and repairing customer vehicles either on-site or in the workshop.
