The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory practices and possess proficiency in Tally software for managing financial records. Key Responsibilities: Store Management: Manage the inventory of tractors, spare parts, and other related products. Ensure accurate stock levels through regular physical counts and system updates. Oversee the receiving, dispatch, and storage of goods. Maintain an organized and clean store environment. Assist in sales operations by providing product information and support to customers. Coordinate with the sales team for timely delivery of products. Handle customer inquiries related to parts availability and service scheduling. Account Management: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally software. Process sales invoices, purchase orders, and payment receipts. Reconcile daily transactions and prepare daily sales reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with all accounting procedures and policies. Handle petty cash and bank transactions. General Duties: Maintain strong communication with suppliers and customers. Assist in the resolution of customer complaints or issues. Support the overall operational efficiency of the business. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 1+ years Proven experience in store management and/or accounting roles, preferably in an automotive, machinery, or similar industry. Software Proficiency: Mandatory strong proficiency in Tally/Busy software. Education: Graduate in Commerce or equivalent preferred not compulsury. Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of agricultural machinery/tractors is a plus. Attributes: Honest, reliable, proactive, and able to work in a busy environment.
