Job Description

We are hiring an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, client interaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and pitch company services accordingly
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
• Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead generation
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience

• 0.6 – 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development
• IT services / digital marketing sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
