Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day construction site activities, including execution, supervision, and monitoring of work progress.
Read, interpret, and assist in preparing technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Maintain accurate documentation such as daily progress reports, material tracking, and site records.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures on-site.
Learn and apply relevant engineering standards, construction methods, and company practices.
Support project planning, quantity estimation, and material management under supervision.
Participate in training sessions and review meetings as part of the learning process.

Key Skills and Competencies:
Basic knowledge of construction practices and civil engineering principles.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and ability to interpret technical drawings.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced construction environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria:
Recent graduate (B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering ?? 2024- 2025 pass-out preferred).
Strong academic background and interest in site execution and construction work.
Internship or academic project experience in construction will be an added advantage.
