Role Summary:

The EBP Audit Specialis

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and perform audits
of e
mployee benefit plans
Review plan documents, financial statements, and internal controls.
Conduct
substantive testing
of contributions, distributions, and participant data.
Coordinate with plan sponsors, administrators, and custodians to gather audit evidence.
Prepare audit workpapers and draft audit reports.
Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or CA certification preferred.
25 years of experience in US audit, with specialization in
EBP audits.
Strong understanding of
US GAAP.
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with limited-scope and
full-scope EBP audits.
Familiarity with
defined contribution and defined benefit plan
structures.
Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
