Job Title :Lead Business Analyst PLM Transformation

JD summary:
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in CPG PLM systems analysis, implementation, and management.
Proven experience with FlexPLM, Windchill, Thing Worx, and CAD systems (e.g., Creo, Solidworks, Freeform, Artios Cad). Strong background in business process analysis and system integration within the product development lifecycle.
Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Manager or process-oriented Business Analyst to spearhead the Future State PLM transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for assessing current-state PLM processes, gathering cross-functional business requirements, and helping define the vision and roadmap for a scalable, future-ready PLM ecosystem. The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the new PLM solution aligns with enterprise objectives and supports end-to-end product lifecycle processes within CPG industry. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, during US EST time zone.
