PFB Job Description for SAP Basis HANA Lead role.
- Lead and manage SAP BASIS operations across landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.)
- Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and kernel patches
- Handle SAP HANA administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring
- Hands on experience in SAP Installations, Configurations, Troubleshooting across SAP products.
- Manage transports, client administration, user/security administration
- Lead SAP system refreshes, copies, and DR activities
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
- Coordinate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior BASIS consultants
- Ensure system availability, security, and compliance with SLAs
- Support audits and documentation activities
- Strong expertise in SAP BASIS & SAP HANA
- Experience with S/4HANA, ECC, and Linux/Unix environments
- Knowledge of HA/DR, backups, and recovery strategies
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Leadership and stakeholder management experience
