L&T Technology Services is hiring for Maintenance for Vadodara & Chennai. Work Location: Vadodara & Chennai Experience: 4-16 Years Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical/Chemical) 1. Maintenance Planner: Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of maintenance materials and parts. Create and prioritize work orders for maintenance tasks, ensuring that material requirements are clearly defined and communicated. Ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good condition for maintenance activities. Create new PMs., Modify PMs and Raise PR. Identify required materials for execution and master them into the work management system (SAP PM). Consult with OEM for recommended maintenance procedures, Bill of Material (BOM), etc. as needed. 2. Reliability Engineer: Experience of maintaining the Instruments, Valves, transmitters, Sensors, Control systems (DCS/PLC, SCADA), Analyzers and F &G systems etc. Experience with GE-APM Reliability Analytics, SIL study and Exida will be an added advantage. Experience with SAP R3 particularly in Maintenance modules & extraction of various work order/ spare status reports, etc. Knowledge of IEC standards. CMRP /CRE/Functional safety certification would be an added advantage. 3. SAP PM: Reviewing Bills of Materials and maintaining existing Bills of Materials in SAP system. Exp in major equipment like- Pumps, compressors, Turbines, etc. and understanding of their BOM structures. Knowledge of SAP DMS and understanding of reference documents required for BOM. Skilled in extracting and analyzing maintenance data from SAP. Well trained and knowledgeable on Maintenance and Material Data creation, cleansing, classification, verification, validation, standardization, and enrichment activities for ERP / CMMS master data management (MDM) as per SAP PM / MM. MRO Spares Coding and develop Bill of Materials (BOM). Cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and de-duping of coded/ existing spares. Experienced in MRO spares criticality analysis and optimization. Prepare the functional specifications and ensure delivery of objects as per the timelines. 4. Mining Maintenance: Good understanding of Asset management system and Maintenance processes used in Oil & Gas industries. Knowledge of PM Structure and Work Management process. Experience in development of Asset Master, Function Location, Equipment master. Development of PM plans & Task list. Material Management and Bill of Material (BOM). Conduct periodic meetings to monitor project progress and schedule. Review and analyze of Project trends. Coordinate with various cross functions team for resolving technical queries. Review and perform data analytics. CMMS Software SAP PM & MM. 5. Maintenance Engineer: Overall ownership for the development and deployment of maintenance builds for new Projects. Develop and assign risk-based reliability strategies for installed equipment, utilizing Equipment Strategies. The strategies are based on the standard Central process with a standard set of tools to develop the strategy and will require leadership for the development of Job Plans, Planned Maintenance Routines and Maintenance Procedures. Incorporate reliability and maintenance input into trade-off decisions for equipment selection and specification including equipment criticality reviews, condition-based monitoring requirements, plant sparing, levels of redundancy, TAR Strategy, standardization and major component selection based on life cycle costing.
