Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 10 years of experience in Microservices React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of software solutions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain.
Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Maintain a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
Show capability in implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
Possess a strong understanding of security and data protection standards.
Exhibit the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
