UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis:

  Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and translate them into actionable design requirements.

• Information Architecture:

  Develop sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes to outline the structure and navigation of digital products.

• Prototyping:

  Create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes in

  to test and validate design concepts before development.

• Multi-Project Management:

  Simultaneously handle design requirements for multiple workstreams, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines for various stakeholders.

• Collaboration:

  Partner closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handoffs.

• Iteration:

  Continuously refine designs based on data, user feedback, and internal reviews to improve the overall user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  Minimum of

  3+ years

  of professional experience in UX design for web and mobile applications.

• Tool Expertise:

  Expert-level skills in

  Figma

  , including advanced use of auto-layout, components, variants, and

  design systems

  .

• UX Methodologies:

  Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

• Adaptability:

  Proven ability to switch between different projects and industries without compromising design quality.

• Communication:

  Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.

• Portfolio:

  A portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes, problem-solving skills, and polished Figma prototypes.
