Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management

   for complex network and security infrastructure rollouts across enterprise-grade environments.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define

  project scope, timelines, deliverables

  , and governance structure.
• Lead the

  Project Governance, Risk, Compliance, Change Control

  , and

  Documentation

   processes.
• Act as a

  single point of contact

   for all escalations, operational issues, and customer coordination.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to

  onsite/offsite technical teams

   to ensure resolution of technical issues and escalations.
• Proactively

  track and report project milestones

  , deliverables, and SLA compliance via dashboards, MIS reports, and tracking tools.
• Manage

  financial aspects

   of the project including invoices, purchase orders, and inventory coordination.
• Facilitate

  cross-OEM integration

   including systems like firewalls, SIEM, NAC, ITSM, EDR/XDR, AAA, NPMD, LMS, and more.
• Coordinate

  daily operations, resource planning

  , and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and information.
• Prepare and maintain

  Runbooks

  , identify and track risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct and participate in

  Daily, Weekly, and Monthly project reviews

   with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL practices and cybersecurity standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with OEM partners and field teams to support on-ground deployments and UAT.
• Monitor and control problem resolution from initiation through service restoration, including liaison with third-party vendors.

Technical Skills & Hands-On Expertise:

• SDN Fabric (Juniper)

  : Understanding of Spine-Leaf architecture and SDN controllers.

• Firewalls (NGFWs)

  : Deployment and policy management across Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Check Point.

• Security Integrations

  : IPS, Load Balancers (Radware), SOC tools (SIEM, Syslog), Endpoint Security (AV/EDR/XDR), NAC, AD, AAA.

• NOC Tools

  : Familiarity with NPMD, LMS, and other network monitoring solutions.

• Passive Network

  : Understanding of Backbone Cabling, Testing, and Infrastructure Layout.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in managing infrastructure projects in the

  BFSI

   or

  Government

   sectors.
• Working knowledge of

  ITIL frameworks

   and

  Cybersecurity standards

   like ISO 27001, NIST.
• Strong familiarity with OEMs including

  Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Radware, Check Point

  , etc.
• Professional certifications such as

  CCNA, CCNP, CISM, CISSP

   are highly desirable.
