About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain

  end-to-end CI/CD pipelines

  for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and optimize

  AWS cloud infrastructure

  to ensure scalability and resilience.
• Implement

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  using tools like

  Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

  .
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure

  high system availability

  .
• Collaborate with developers to enable

  smooth deployments

  and accelerate delivery cycles.
• Establish and enforce

  security best practices

  and compliance standards.
• Automate repetitive/manual tasks to

  reduce operational overhead

  .
• Participate in

  on-call rotations

  and lead incident response to maintain platform reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years

  in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes

  for containerization and orchestration.
• Deep knowledge of

  AWS cloud services

  .
• Proficiency in

  IaC tools

  such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong skills in

  Linux system administration

  and scripting (Bash, Python, or Shell).
• Experience with monitoring & logging tools (

  Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, CloudWatch

  ).
• Familiarity with

  networking, load balancers, DNS, firewalls, and security practices

  .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in

  fast-paced environments

  .

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  .
• Relevant certifications (e.g.,

  AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate

  ) are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  service mesh

  (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) or

  API gateways

  .
• Knowledge of

  serverless architectures

  and

  event-driven systems

  .
• Exposure to

  FinOps

  and cloud cost optimization.
• Understanding of

  Agile methodologies

  and

  DevSecOps practices

  .
