Support model development, evaluation, and deployment in a production-grade environment. Engage actively in data exploration, feature engineering, and model refinement Participate in discussions with engineering (data and software) and product managers, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment. Mentor and groom the team to become efficient data scientists Conduct the training sessions for the team to be on top of the technology trends in the market Take ownership of assigned deliverables and demonstrate independent problem-solving and execution skills. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and proactively apply learnings to ongoing work. Candidate Requirements :- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 8 to 12+ years of experience in applied data science in verticals of heterogeneous datasets Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Hands-on experience in Traditional ML, Generative AI, NLP, Statistics, and LLMs. Experience in Agentic AI is a plus. Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-team settings with engineering or product stakeholders.
