Job Description

Design Proficiency:

Guide, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, providing direction and fostering a collaborative environment.
Oversee the creation of all visual assets for digital and print media, ensuring they align with brand identity and objectives.
Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines across all design outputs to ensure consistency and a strong brand identity.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept and briefing through production and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure design concepts support campaigns and company goals.
Review and approve all design work to ensure it meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and project specifications.
Translate strategic direction into creative, high-impact visual designs that resonate with the target audience.
