Role & responsibilities

DCS Engineers - 3-5 Years of Experience

Experience Required :

BE Instrumentation & Control or any allied Branch of Engineering. With work Experience in Process / Industrial Process control / Automation environment.

Should have min of 3 years of experience in these areas.

Skills and Competency : DCS System Engineers: Exposure to Application Engineering (coding),study of Engineering documents(P&ID's, customer specs, control narratives),understanding requirements, preparation of Functional Design Specs, HMI design, detail implementation of control strategies and integrated Testing. Exposure to concepts and Hands-on in technologies such as Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, OPC, Third party system serial interface would be added advantage. Exposure to process plant Commissioning & Startup support. DCS Hardware Engineers: Exposure to Hardware Engineering for DCS / PLC based projects, study of Engineering documents, understanding requirements.

Capable of detailed implementation and integrated Testing for supporting Yokogawa's Global projects. Should have exposure to Hardware sizing, handling IO Database, Cabinet Design(System & Marshalling), Total System integration and conducting FAT/IFAT. Exposure to process plant Commissioning & Startup support.

Should be conversant with international standards.

Job Role : DCS System Engineers:

DCS System Engineering : Understanding of Customer / EPC Requirements in terms of Control & Automation. Work includes Basic Design, Detail Design, Implementation of Controls applications & Testing & conducting FAT.

JD: DCS Engineers - 3-5 Years of Experience

Requires extensive Travel to support Global projects to Affiliates, customer office / site as required.

DCS Hardware Engineers: Understanding of Hardware Requirements from customer/ EPC's, carry out the Detail Engineering pertaining to Hardware (sizing, handling IO Database), Cabinet Design (System & Marshalling), Module level Testing, Total System integration and conducting FAT/IFAT. Or Involves Startup & commissioning support. Extensive interaction with Affiliates, Consultants/EPC's and Clients. Should have proactive approach with good communication skills and willing to Travel abroad.

DCS System Engineers Senior

Experience 7+ Yrs

Education BE/B. Tech

Required Experience:

Experience in Engineering for DCS / PLC based projects for Industrial process control applications. Familiar with Engineering documents. Detailed design & implementation. Should have good exposure in good Understanding of Customer / EPC Requirements in terms of Control & Automation Design (Control loops / Sequence / Integration with 3rd party systems & HMI functions). Should have exposure to concepts & technologies such as Fieldbus/Profibus /OPC / SFC / Networking / Alarm Management etc.

Should have performed in the capacity of Leading a team. Exposure to Yokogawa Systems will be an added advantage. Role:

Understanding of Customer / EPC Requirements for control application Implementation. Work includes Basic Design, Detail Design, Implementation of Controls applications (Control Loops & Sequence building ) & Testing & conducting FAT. Will require to Lead a team. Requires extensive Travel to support Global projects to Affiliates, customer office / site commissioning support.

Responsibilities:

Engineering (Basic and Detail Design). Implementation on Yokogawa DCS, Conducting FAT and Support start-up & commissioning activities at project site. Liaison with Affiliates, Interaction with Customer / EPC.

Supporting Project / Engineering Manager for complete Application Delivery (includes Documentation, Design, Implementation, Integration with 3rd Party systems & Application Testing ) by Leading / driving a team.
