Role & responsibilities

Open Positions:

CNC Maintenance, Weld Shop Maintenance, Paint Shop Maintenance

Maintenance exposure in CNC & Weld shop (Electrical)

- To troubleshoot PLC- Siemens, Fanuc

- Electrical wiring

- Able to read & understand electrical circuits

- Maintenance of manual welding machines & its power source-

- Maintenance of EOT crane, Semi gantry crane

- Maintenance of CNC machine

- Welding power source maintenance

Maintenance exposure in Paint shop (Electrical)

- Electrical wiring

- Able to read & understand electrical circuits

- Handled paint shop equipment such as burner, overhead conveyor, RTD sensors, pump motors, hot water generator etc.,

Maintenance exposure in Paint shop, CNC & Weld shop (Mechanical)

-To be able to troubleshoot, service pneumatics, hydraulics

-Able to read pneumatic & hydraulic circuits

-To perform lubrication checks on all machines

-Mechanical seal replacement in process pumps

-Heat exchanger (Plate & Shell type) - Cleaning, inspection & proper assembly

-Overhead conveyor maintenance

- CNC equipment maintenance - Ball screw replacement, slide lubrication, chuck servicing, spindle bearing replacement, belt / pulley replacement, alignment & tension inspection

- Use right tools & tackles for various jobs.

- Knowledge of TBM, CBM
