They will not give any responsibility for the service of products and the delivery. They don't following given delivery slot time .. after that delivery time has been changed automatically .. the customer service representatives don't make favorable to your concern really.

1.Most of the times fresh(if not u can return or exchange) 2.MRP or price of some package items are higher than usual and vice versa. 3.Delivery is excellent service. 4.Refund is quickly generated.
