U can order fresh fruits n vegetables ,non veg groceries ,even cut vegetables and fruits ,,snacks ,bakery items,sweets onine.can pay cash on delivery.if u don't like any item can return at the time of delivery itself.very helpful.

They are cheating the people about the quality and the blocking the amount of rs 3000 in my wallet and blocking the account every number which will suggest them the quality of the product and customer care services is waste Don't book the orders in bigbasket very very bad

Nearly 42hours time taken for delivery, Delivery boy not visited my location or not even a single call from him and suddenly my slot changed saying that he reached my location and called me so many times which is a false one.Fake delivery boys and fake commitment.

It's good. But the packet products are not air tight . Like i ordered mohan cornflax and there was a tiny hole in the packet.

I’ve ordered for groceries on Sunday (15-9-19) it’s Tuesday (17-9-19) still the order is in process. I haven’t seen such a pathetic service worst service worst big basket. It’s punishment ordering groceries in big basket vizag... it’s already three days I paid for my order no update on my order even.....

It's not a good online shopping vizag delivery was too much delay i have purchase from last 2 years and I have informed but till now no change.i have informed to customer care also but even one person not respond dear all don't procure and u never suggest.

Products are not good ... Vegetables r dry, and with lots of insects inside... Breads r hard... Star for the delivery ...

Deliver is good but certain items not fresh such as vegetables and bad smell occur of vegetables should be avoided But service is good

big brand but the facilities for workers and interior of the cafeteria, office too insane n untidy ...staff n management were too friendly n cooperative
